You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of DNA – our preferred platform for hosting user-generated communities and web sites. Additionally, you’ll field calls from client representatives and manage the fault resolution process. You’ll also oversee the operations team and operational support processes, as well as regularly report back to SLA management. A confident leader with at least two years’ experience building and managing best-of-breed products or complex database-driven systems on new media platforms, you’ll already have a thorough understanding of the appropriate technical architecture, systems, languages and software development techniques.
