I was cleaning out my laptop bag this evening and came across some information from the wemedia delegate pack about Neighborhood America – and, indeed, I actually encountered a cluster of neighborhood americans in suits at the event itself. So what’s it all about? I decided to have a look:

Ok, so sounds interesting enough. I wanted to know more so I decided to check out one of their corporate videos. It turns out to be one of those productions where just about every employee starts their blurb with “one of the great things about working at Neighbourhood America…” I particularly like the guy whose daughter had her photo on the cover of a national magazine, all because of his really swell job at Neighbourhood America. Potluck lunches, grab bags, customer service week, international food day, company walks, “I moved from Wisconsin and wouldn’t ever move back” – you name it, neighbourhood america’s got it.
I’m sorry, I really am, but the corporate video I stumbled upon is utter shite and I’ve completely lost track of what I intended to blog about…
