CNN has teamed up with blip.tv to handle the upload and storage of user contributed video footage. The service, called CNN Exchange, allows users to submit their comments, photos and video as an "i-report" via web interface. They also provide tips on creating good content for would be contributors.
Already, users have submitted video fo a ferry fire, a rocket attack in Northern Israel and the aftermath of a bridge being bombed in Lebanon.
