My post the other day about the BBC’s Nick Robinson live blogging from a White House press briefing landing Bush in trouble after the Daily Kos and others picked up on discrepencies between the wording blogged (and heard on camera) and the wording on the White House website has gained a bit of notice.
I had a look today at the comments on Nick’s post and came across the following from an American reader which, unlike the story I blogged about, demonstrates the lack of transparency in much of the mainstream media today:
