BBC Journalist Alan Johnston has now been held hostage for 50 nights after disappearing on the way home from his Gaza office on 12 March. Over recent weeks, Alan’s family and BBC colleagues have been joined by journalists and other individuals around the world in calling for his immediate release unharmed.
You can show your support by joining nearly 70,000 others who have signed the petition for his release, displaying this button on your blog (see example at top right of this page).
There is also a new, as far as I can tell unofficial, facebook group set up in his support.
